How to enable a 40% performance boost

Whisper, Balanced, and Performance modes are available with ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology. By hitting the Fn + F hotkey combination, you can quickly swap between modes. You can also select ASUS Intelligent Performance Technology Modes from the MyASUS software’s Hardware Settings.

Aerodynamic IceBlades for accelerated cooling

With an updated 8 mm heat pipe and a new IceBlades fan that efficiently accelerates heat transmission, each model in the new VivoBook series provides superior heat dissipation. The IceBlades’ 87-blade fan and impeller are composed of a liquid-crystal polymer, making them lighter and thinner than traditional fans. Each IceBlades fan blade features a 3D-curved aerodynamic design that improves flow rate while reducing noise. In addition, the IceBlades fans have a fluid-dynamics bearing, which may reduce vibration and noise more effectively than standard fans.
